Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order? How can I track it?

Typically, orders are shipped from our fulfillment center within 2 business days. When your order ships, we’ll reach out with the tracking info so you can follow the shipment to your doorstep. Orders shipped via standard shipping arrive within 3-5 business days.

How much is shipping?

We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping in the US for purchases over $200. We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout for domestic and international destinations, which are calculated at checkout.

Return Policy

What is your return and refund policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Duette. Should you need to return your purchase, you have 14 days from receiving your order to arrange your exchange or return.



Please note that all items must be returned new, unused, unopened and with all security seals still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and not refunded.

The original shipping charge, if any, is not refundable.

 

Refunds may take up to 5-10 business days to complete depending on the bank’s processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and we are unable to influence this.

Exchanges

When is applicable an exchange?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, please send us an email at support@theduette.com with photos of damaged items, please include order number, full name and address.

Is there a minimum commitment for subscriptions? 

We recommend maintaining three months of orders for all subscriptions. Why? Commitment is key when it comes to skin protection, so it’s important to maintain a routine for the best results. Please note, that you can skip, edit, cancel, or adjust the frequency at any time.

I have never used a Nutraceutical, does the Serum alone have any benefits if I don’t use the Nutriceutical?

 You can definitely reap skin-boosting benefits by using The Serum on its own. Packed with antioxidants and skin-conditioning ingredients, this serum will nourish and help protect your skin every time you use it. 

Does “The Duette” replace SPF?

The Duette does not substitute your SPF. Remember to apply a broad spectrum SPF daily to shield your skin from the sun. Explore our product, THE SPF, available in two shades for your preference. The SPF - Sheer Sunscreen applies transparently and dries without a white residue. The SPF - Pigment Adapting Sunscreen is tinted and suits light to medium-dark skin tones, providing a flawless complexion. Both are SPF 50 and complement the Duette perfectly for superior sun protection.

Do you recommend using Duette every day?

 For optimal results, it is recommended to utilize The Duette on a daily basis. 

I have sensitive skin, is this product OK to use on sensitive skin?

All of our products are made with gentle ingredients and are safe to use on all skin types including sensitive skin. However, since each person's skin reacts uniquely to products, if any irritation arises, rinse off the product and discontinue use. 

What should I expect when using the Nutriceutical?

Can I use another SPF along with the Duette?

How often should I reapply SPF?

You should reapply after 40 minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after towel drying and at least every 2 hours throughout the day when exposed to the sun. 

Do I need to keep my Nutriceutical in the refrigerator?

No, you do not need to keep your nutraceutical in the refrigerator. Instead, store in a cool, dry place.

How long will my product last?

The Supplement: If used as directed (4 capsules per day) you will have enough for a 30 day supply. 


The SPF & Serum - It will depend on how often and how much of the product that you use but typically will last you around 30 days. 

Are your products safe for all skin types?

Yes, our products are formulated for all skin types, including sensitive skin.

Why do you need to shake before use?

We recommend to shake before each use to blend all of the natural ingredients for best results.

Can I use under my makeup?

Yes, absolutely. We recommend using on clean skin prior to any creams or lotions. Just as you would apply your serums. We also developed the serum with a low molecular weight in order for easy reapplication throughout the day.
